Smith Rock Trail Rides

We are blessed to ride in this amazing location! 

One of the 7 wonders of Oregon, Smith Rock. Very few people have had the opportunity to ride in Smith Rock State Park. We are start the rides from a private ranch adjacent to the park and are able to ride in areas rarely explored.   

We are not your typical resort type trail ride, we are a very small in a big way. 

Our rides are limited and we only book one tour per day for a more personal experience.  

Your guide is a professional horseman and will take the time to provide thorough instructions and make sure everyone is comfortable before the ride. Cold bottled water will be offered along the way and you will have amazing photos taken along the way by your guide. This is something our guests love. 

The spectacular rock formations provide the perfect western landscape. The mountain and Crooked River canyon vistas are equally amazing. It would be hard to find a more scenic location for a horseback ride.

The guests often remark is like being in an old western movie.

Our horses are experienced trail horses. They are also beautiful, so much so that they have been featured in movies, videos and print ads.

We are horse professionals that love our horses and love what we do.

Special Information for the 2026 season.

We have loved offering these rides for many years and will be retiring after this season. 

We will be scheduling fewer rides and will be focusing on enjoying this final season.
