We are so blessed to be offering these special horseback adventures here in Central Oregon. Sharing our beautiful horses in one of the most scenic areas of Oregon is an amazing opportunity. 

 

Our dream of a simple life working together with our horses has come true.

 

Brian is a professional horseman and has spent many years accumulating the experience and knowledge to offer these trail rides through Complete Horsemanship, LLC (Smith Rock Trail Rides). Previously we have offered our guided horseback rides at Crooked River Ranch and Ranch at the Canyons.  Brian has guided trips professionally in Alaska, Mexico, Wyoming (including Yellowstone National Park), Montana, Idaho and Oregon over the last 20 years. 

 

In addition he has conducted clinics, performed demonstrations, participated in trainers challenges, and has worked privately with clients across the United States and Canada. He has had many highlights in his years as a professional horseman. Working, training and riding with some of the worlds best horse trainers such as Josh & John Lyons was a privilege and honor.  A special accomplishment as a Professional Horse Trainer was working with celebrity Harrison Ford and his horses.

Melanie not only has a passion for horses she loves working with small livestock and we have added alpaca experiences at the ranch! She loves the fiber arts, spinning and felting so they are the perfect addition. Walking alpacas is really a thing and we highly recommend it!
